Consulting is a business at the forefront of change, as are the global businesses of our clients. As we continually need to develop premier solutions in a constantly changing and highly competitive environment, we have also to continuously reinvent our approach and reassess our structures. By applying our experiences from the firms we worked in, we have tried to develop an approach that is both effective for clients and enriching for our staff. We try to differentiate ourselves with an innovative and flexible approach in terms of economics, retention and consulting depth . Key to our thinking is being rapid, being effective and being economically competitive. We are committed to growth by using very innovative solutions to attract expertise without suppressing the initiative of the individuals concerned, thus our network of associated experts. These can be called upon to solve particular issues with a specific expertise. In practice this translates into a few basic guidelines:
Ownership of client issues
We believe in long-term relationships. These can only be developed over time. We therefore look beyond the scope of our assignments and try to satisfy client needs even beyond the boundaries of our firm. In this context our established international network of small and successful experts in various fields can be called upon to satisfy different specific needs as they arise. We have thus enlarged our offering without having to carry the structural and cost burden of such a depth. Both our clients and our firm benefit from such an approach without having to compromise on expertise.
Experience key to excellent client delivery
Every member of our firm has over 5 years of experience in relevant fields of expertise: in operational roles in leading international companies and in consulting. We do not believe that by hiring brilliant individuals out of a university we reach our goal of delivering results in complex environments both on a content side and on a relational side. This gives our teams the ability to understand organizations and thus better deliver solutions. Complex client structures are better understood, proven solutions are developed, and benefits from learning curves elsewhere are integrated.
Global reach with local knowledge
Our teams have the cultural knowledge of their environments but are also used to work in cross-cultural projects. We are able to deliver projects, despite our relative small size, in all the areas of the world that are relevant for our clients.
